Angus Beef is renowned for its finely marbled meat, meaning the fat is uniformly spread against the real meat cut. This marbling feature of Angus cattle generates a more tender, juicy and sweet meat than other breeds. In addition to being higher quality angus it is grass fed. Grass fed beef is superior in key nutrients, including antioxidants, vitamins, and a useful fat called conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), linked to enhanced immunity and anti-inflammatory advantages. In addition, grass-fed beef packs about 50 percent more omega-3 fatty acids than conventional beef.
